Clartan Patrimoine update

Clartan Patrimoine is adjusting its investment strategy and policy from 13th September 2021. The aim of the fund remains the same since inception: to preserve and grow invested capital over a horizon of more than two years. The subfund’s fees and commissions remain unchanged.

The following changes are being made to the investment policy:
– the minimum percentage invested in euro-denominated bonds with a rating of at least BBB- (previously 70%) is now 50%,
– the subfund can invest up to 50% of its assets in other bonds, including convertible bonds, index-linked bonds, hybrid securities with characteristics of both bonds and equities, negotiable debt instruments (French TCNs) and bonds in other currencies,
– the subfund can invest up to 35% of its net assets in listed companies (previously up to 30%), of which up to 20% from non-OECD countries including China.

These changes aim to make the fund more flexible in a low interest-rate environment.
